Crock Pot BBQ Chicken

Original:
4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (i threw them in frozen... even easier!)
1 bottle BBQ sauce (sweet baby ray's all the way!)
1/4 c vinegar
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 - 1 tsp. garlic powder

mix BBQ sauce with all ingredients listed under it. place chicken in crockpot. pour sauce over it and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. you pretty much don't even have to stir it... how easy is that!?

Modified:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (NOT FROZEN!- it makes the sauce super runny!)
1 bottle BBQ sauce (any 16 oz bottle)
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 c brown sugar
2 cloves fresh garlic

lay chicken into the bottom of crock pot. Mix BBQ sauce and remaining ingredients. pour over chicken. Set crock pot on low and cook for 4-5 hours. DO NOT TAKE LID OFF. DO NOT STIR! I serve it shredded on wheat buns.

Starting my own!

So once my sister told me about Pinterest.com I started trying all sorts of new recipes. I had to change something in EVERY single one of them to make them edible, easier, or just all around better. I have been told for years to open my own restaurant or catering company. I only hesitate due to funding and I don't want to see cooking and baking as a job. I never want to hate feeding people.

I'm going to include some of my favorite recipes and my personal fixes for the all time favorites. I will warn you now. I do not aim to cook for the calorie counting crowd. I enjoy food way too much to remove all the flavor. I like to use whole milk, full fat cheese and real butter. I will try to include photos as often as possible. Enjoy!

I am also open to questions, suggestions, and well as challenges.
